1. If you know the nature of any spots, inform the technician so that we can maximize our pre-spotting efforts.
2. We may require the use of an outdoor threaded cold-water faucet (except in cold weather climates where they may not be available.)
3. Although we will move and return all furniture (with the exception of pianos, china cabinets, multimedia equipment, and aquariums) to its original position. We ask that you move all breakables from the cleaning area.
4. Typical carpet drying time is 6-8 hours. During this time it may be a good idea to keep small children and pets off the area, as well as street shoes that can soil the carpet.
5. Please refrain from rearranging any furniture for at least 48 hours after cleaning to minimize the incidence of carpet varnish stains.
6. Our cleaning process is safe for any properly installed carpet. If you are aware of any installation problems, make us aware of these problems so that we may take extra precautions.

At home or at work, fabric furnishings can get heavy use and show soil and dirt quickly. We use the same cleaning solution for both carpet & upholstery cleaning.

The upholstery is cleaned using an extraction unit. The cleaning solution is applied
to the furniture, and then after it has broken up the soil, both soil and cleaning
solution are extracted from the furniture.

Our competition use 24hp verses our 52 hp Ford motor. This makes the drying time faster. Most carpest will be dry in about 5-6 hours depending on temperature and humidity.
